People love our friendship, our fun, our arts, our support of oppressed people worldwide, and the down-to-earth organic farm lifestyle. Come expecting to relax and feel at ease - we are a home, not a museum. We are a third the price of most bed and breakfasts in the area, but we are extravagant with the care we give our awesome guests. Read their comments here! Your stay in our gorgeous farmhouse includes:

• A big, beautiful breakfast.
• Free WIFI Internet access.
• Guest parlor with pump organ, DVD player, video player, stereo, and TV (antennae only; receives about three channels).
• Piano, guitar, djembe, and other musical instruments.
  
• Full use of yard, wrap-around porch, and common areas.
• Gas fireplaces and ceiling fans in Loch Lomond and Wild Irish Rose. 
• Personal heaters and window fans in all rooms.
• Outdoor patio area with fire pit.
• Please inquire about using our spacious kitchen, stove and fridge.
• You are welcome to fish or wade in the two creeks, and explore the seven acre farm. We sometimes cook our fish over an open fire!
• Most rooms do not have air conditioning, but the house is shady and cool, and mountain evenings are always cool in the summer.
• You may hear a train pass in the night or the sounds of farming during the day, but it is wonderfully peaceful here: just ask our guests.

Policies

• Rates are based on double occupancy. See our room page for more information.
• Check-in is normally anytime after 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. 
• Two-night minimum is required on most weekends - please inquire about exceptions. We will accept last minute one-day bookings if space is available.
  
• All of our buildings are smoke-free.
• Children will require supervision for their safety. For the sake of our guests, kids need to be quiet between 10pm and 9am. See which rooms can accommodate children.
• To keep our prices down, please pay for damages incurred by your child, your pet, or yourself (beyond normal wear and tear).
  

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the house. We love pets, but this is the only way to assure that you will have a pleasant, odor-free, flea-free stay.
• You are welcome to keep your non-barking pet in a room in the neighboring barn or in our mud room or in your car. 
• Please inquire before bringing a pet. Note that dogs who are quiet at home often bark when not in the same room as their owners.
  

Cancellations

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 25% of the room rate for the booked period. 
• Early departures, no-shows, and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full fee.
