Amenities

In addition to hearty breakfasts, we offer the following amenities:

• Free WIFI Internet access
• Guest parlor with pump organ, TV, DVD player, and video player.
• Full use of yard, wrap-around porch, and common areas
• Gas fireplaces in Loch Lomond and Wild Irish Rose Rooms
• Outdoor patio area with fire pit
• Microwave oven
• You may be able to meet clients onsight, with snacks for a small fee. Please inquire for more information.

Your comfort and enjoyment is our goal, so please don't hesitate to ask if you need something!

It is very quiet and peaceful here, but you may hear the occasional sound of a freight train in the distance. Our guests love the peace and beauty!

Policies

We are a small, family-style B&B, which allows us to be flexible and accomodating. Please review our policies and contact us if you have any questions.

• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Check-in is normally between 3 and 9pm, and check-out is by 11am. However, we are flexible if you let us know in advance.
• Two-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. (Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, Spring break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.) We will accept last minute one-day bookings if space is available.
  
• All of our buildings are smoke-free.
• We love kids! Children will require supervision for their safety. For the sake of our guests, kids need to be quiet between 10pm and 8am.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the house, except for rare exceptions when they are in crates. We love pets, but we've learned that this policy is the best assurance that you'll have a pleasant, odor-free, flea-free stay.
• You are more than welcome to keep your non-barking pet in a room in the neighboring barn or in our mud room. 
• Pets may also be kept restrained and quiet outdoors.
  

Cancellations

• If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged 20% of the room rate for the booked period. We may offer a discount on a future stay.
  
• Early departures and no-shows will be charged for the original full reservation. We may offer a discount on a future stay.
